GENERAL QUALITIES OF THE HOUSING

Foundation and Structure: Reinforced concrete foundation and structure with mixed concrete/metal supports, calculated and dimensioned according to geotechnical survey data.Exterior Walls: Double-chamber system with 6/8 cm thermal insulation, in accordance with energy efficiency standards.

Roof: Flat, walkable roof with double thermal insulation, finished in ceramic paving or natural grass. Option for artificial grass finish.

Interior Partitions: To be decided between plasterboard (drywall) or rendered and painted ceramic brick.

Exterior Finishes: Two-coat mortar with smooth, waterproof white lime base, combined with ceramic cladding and masonry according to façade design.
